This week ColOpt has been active at the 724. WE-Heraeus Seminar. We had a fantastic few days at the seminar with several colleagues from ColOpt amongst the invited speakers, chairing sessions, and leading a great panel discussion. It was a really interactive online seminar for our research community.

Our ESRs were also active at the seminar. Congratulations to Valeria Bobkova whose abstract, “Light-driven nonlinear dynamics of a colloidal suspension in a single feedback system” was selected for a hot topic talk.  Well done to Xiangliang Li who won a €100 poster prize for his contribution  “Emergent structures and dynamics in a quantum gas coupled optical cavity.”
